Founder’s Associate — Strategy & Market Research
We are a very early-stage, bootstrapped, tech-founder lead startup currently exploring and validating business ideas in the tech & AI agents enabled landscape. Our strategy is to find opportunity and traction in Nepal and then find product-market fit in Europe/USA.
You will work closely with the tech founder on opportunity recognition, market research, business model innovation, KPIs, and early growth experiments.
We are looking for an ambitious business student or early graduate who wants real startup responsibility while studying or starting their career.
This is not a passive classroom learning role. You should already be able to think clearly, research deeply, write well, execute professionally, take ownership, get things done and with no bullshits.
Along with gaining valuable mentorship from a tech founder with decades of experience in the tech industry, this role has the opportunity to convert to a full-time role.
What you will do
- Own validation of ideas with data driven market research and analysis to drive real decision on where the product will go.
- Run customer discovery and customer feedback loops by visiting customers to provide data for fast product development iterations.
- Build simple financial models, market sizing, competitor comparisons, and business cases where needed.
- Contribute to early growth experiments, sales planning, operations, documentation, and follow-ups.

Your profile
- You are a business student or early graduate from MBA/BBA, MHM/BHM or any business management or marketing related degree.
- You are tech savvy and can understand modern technology industry, especially AI.
- You are fully committed to a minimum of 3 days and 20 hours per week for at least 6 months.
- You have good ability to speak and write clearly in English independent of AI leverage .
- You are able to combine data, qualitative observation, instinct, and practical legal business judgment.
- You are comfortable with partner visits and business conversations.
You may not be a good fit
- You need a polished playbook on how to do things - here you'll often be the one writing it.
- You aren't comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.
- You prefer analysis over impact - your work here has to change decisions, not fill slides.
